Commercial Property Management Corporation
(CPMC) was established in 1985, acting as the Principal Brokerage
firm managing shopping centers for the Bradley Shopping Center Company
in Honolulu, Hawaii. Since 1997, CPMC expanded its management services
to provide roof management and facilities consulting services to
clients with multiple facilities throughout the United States.
Katherine Cadiente, President and Principal Broker of CPMC, began
her real estate career in 1978, with Diamond Head Realty, handling
real estate sales and residential property management.
During 1980-85, Katherine worked as a property manager for Gabrielsen
& Company managing the Aikahi Park Shopping Center, Salt Lake
Shopping Center, Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center, Kilauea Shopping Center
and Waiau Warehouse for the following investment groups: Copley
Real Estate Advisors, Fifty Associates, The Guardian Life Insurance
Company and Bradley Shopping Center Company.
In July of 1985, together with her partner, Norman L. Gazzano,
deceased, CPMC was formed. Since November of 1997, CPMC expanded
into providing real estate consulting services, specializing in
coordinating, administering and supervising roof management and
facilities consulting services for the following clients: Greyhound
Lines, Inc., Washington Group International, Inc., Nissan North
America, Inc., DCI Marketing and Homestead Studio Suites.
CPMC recently partnered with Alan Benson of Alan Stevens Associates,
Inc. to further expand into providing “Worldwide” Roof
Management and Consulting Services.
Since February 2003, CPMC has been certified as a Minority Business
Entity (MBE) by the Northern California Supplier Development Council
(NCSDC)/National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
